Here’s the Scoop on How We Cater to You!

Thank you for your order! Now that you are officially part of the Smart-Eaters Freedom Club, this email is to introduce to the way we make it all work.

1. We deliver on Tuesdays and Fridays generally between the hours of 4pm and 8pm. Please make sure we have your cell phone number, as well will text you once your order has delivered to your doorstep, that way we won’t wake any babies AND you can be aware that it’s time to get your order put away and keep it super fresh.

2. Please allow 7 days for us to process your order. So if you order on Tuesday, you’ll get the goodies on the following Tuesday.

3. Our order minimum is $50 to receive free local delivery. Local delivery is in the Kansas City metro area, we will notify you if your delivery address requires an additional fee for delivery or if you are located outside our delivery area. We do ship all dry stock items, anywhere within the US.

4. Cancellation policy – We are happy to accommodate your scheduling needs, but please give us some notice. Meals and some prepared foods require 72 hours notice for cancellations to receive a full refund, exchange or reschedule. If canceled within 48 hours, a 20% fee may apply. Just let us know as soon as you can on any changes to your schedule.

5. If you have ordered frozen products, please make sure you get them put away in your freezer immediately after your delivery has been made. We will deliver your food frozen, or cold if it’s refrigerated, but are not liable for products once they have been delivered to you.
